This is a good shiso extract

• Guava and shiso: Nice. The shiso cut through the thick guava taste, the aromas blended nicely. Maybe for a beer put the shiso as a back note though
• Mango and Shiso: No, just didn't blend well at all

Sansho

• Guava and Sansho: I couldn't smell so well but didn't stick out as amazing. Worth another test
• Mango and Sansho: Better than the mango
