This is a good shiso extract

Guava and shiso: Nice. The shiso cut through the thick guava taste, the aromas blended nicely. Maybe for a beer put the shiso as a back note though
Mango and Shiso: No, just didn't blend well at all

Sansho

Guava and Sansho: I couldn't smell so well but didn't stick out as amazing. Worth another test
Mango and Sansho: Better than the mango

Hibiscus

Aka no Uzume did 2kg in the whirlpool with about 700L wort and it turned a nice pink/red. Imparted a nice cherry flavor thats not too strong
Aka no Uzume the whirlpool hibiscus lowered the pH but about 0.1-.015
